1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fg65 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or for members of the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. fg65 reserves the right to close an account and cancel any pending transactions if false information is provided.

2.4 Verification

fg65 may request the following documents at any time for identity verification (KYC):

• A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the deposit or withdrawal method (e.g., account statement for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address

Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is solely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and may be delayed or rejected in the following circumstances:

4.4 Transaction Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fg65 offers new users a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• A promotional offer may not be combinable with another offer at the same time.
• If a user violates bonus terms, fg65 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and all winnings earned from it.

5.4 VIP Program

fg65's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is credited directly to your account and is generally withdrawable without any additional wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg65 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting a technical error or vulnerability in any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting money laundering or illegal transfer of funds through your own or another person's account
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users
• Allowing minors to use your account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. fg65 reserves the right to void a bet if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, all results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If an event is suspended or abandoned at the time of bet settlement, bets may be voided or rescheduled in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on fg65 are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). These games have their own rules, which should be read before starting a game.

7.4 Maximum Payout

8 Technical Issues & Interruptions
